MAINTENANCE + SUPPORT
Essentials Plan
Our Essentials Plan includes the following:
Regular Maintenance
ONCE PER MONTH
We will:
- Update WordPress, plugins & the theme on your website
- Solve problems that arise during updates (up to 30 minutes each time)
Website Care Report
ONCE PER MONTH
We email you a website care report showing the updates we made to your website.
Support
2 HOURS PER YEAR
Ask if you have questions or need help with your website. We provide:
- Quick fixes
- Training or tips
- Basic content updates (adding text or images that you provide to your website)
How It Works
- We don’t reply about website questions or issues on evenings, weekends or public holidays.
- The minimum deduction for support is 15 minutes.
- If an issue with your website can’t be fixed (or question can’t be answered) within your remaining support time, or if solving problems that arise during updates needs longer than 30 minutes, we would let you know, and provide a quote for any additional work needed.
- The two hours of support time can only be used within the current year, and can’t be transferred to the next year.
